The Capricornian Bare Bottom Boat Beach Challenge

This has traditionally been one of the highlights of the beach program. And in case anyone has the wrong impression it is the boats that have the ‘bare-bottoms’ not the contestants.

Essentially this is a fun beach race over approximately 100 metres with teams racing in bottomless boats. Boats are supplied and entry to the competition is once again ABSOLUTELY FREE. Nominate your team on the day.

Categories include Boys and Girls Midgets (under 8’s), Boys and Girls Juniors (under 13’s), Men & Women’s Open, Senior Men and Women (over 40’s), and Veteran Men and Women (over 55’s).
